  1. Effective immediately please use our new email addresses.
  2. Same-Day Shipping Policy: Our same-day shipping policy allows for orders placed before 12:00 pm eastern time to ship same-day from Boulder if the product is available. Please note, we strongly encourage you to place orders at least a day in advance to allow for the best support from our teams.
  3. Reoccurring Shipments: We aim to ensure the best quality, supply, and on-time delivery of your vials and standards. Due to shelf life restrictions, items purchased less frequently by our customers require a 5-10 day lead time. Most of our commonly used standards, such as calibration, verification, and system suitability sets, are stocked. One solution to ensure your needs are met on time is to set-up a blanket order with reoccurring shipments. New Legal Entity Name: On October 1st, 2017, GE’s former Analytical Instruments business officially become part of SUEZ, a company present on five continents and a key player in the sustainable management of resources. We are pleased to announce that our new legal entity name is: SUEZ WTS Analytical Instruments, Inc. (Boulder) and SUEZ Water Technologies & Solutions Hungary Kft (Hungary).
    • This is a name change only and you will see no change to your existing services, contract(s), and Purchase Orders (PO).
    • Documents related to this change (legal entity name changes, quality letter, and W9s) may be requested by contacting customer care.
  5. Subscribe to Product Alerts: To receive notification on changes to consumables, certificates, and other important instrument documents be sure to sign up here for Sievers Product Alerts. Upcoming changes in branding from GE to Suez will be communicated through this alert system approximately 2 weeks in advance. The frequency of these email bulletins is about once or twice per month.
