Sievers cleaning validation seminars

Learn a best-practices approach to cleaning validation and real-time release testing (RTRT) using TOC analysis.

Applications Seminars

Quality System Optimization (QSO) Introductory Workshop

To help companies make the transition from laboratory-based TOC instruments to on-line TOC measurement, GE Analytical Instruments offers the program, Implementing On-Line TOC for Real-Time Water Release Testing, which is part of GE Analytical Instruments’ Quality System Optimization (QSO)™ service offering. QSO/RTRT provides a risk-based, scientific framework for moving TOC testing. It incorporates Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma® best practices, aligned with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and regulatory guidance. QSO/RTRT provides a practical roadmap on how to evaluate variability and identify opportunities for improvement in TOC sample analysis processes. This program simplifies and accelerates this traditionally complex and lengthy transition. It is designed to be implemented in six months or less. This one-day workshop gives an overview of this process and the benefits of the QSO program.
