The Sievers 900 Portable TOC Analyzer won IBO's Gold Award for Portable Analytical Instrument Design in 2005.

The 900 Portable TOC Analyzer won International Business Outlook's (IBO) 2005 Gold Award for Portable Analytical Instrument Industrial Design. Each year the IBO team chooses award candidates from the new instruments that IBO monitors through trade shows, trade publications and press releases. Award winners are selected solely based on their industrial design, not on technical capabilities or performance. Criteria includes originality, user features and contemporary styling.

IBO is a subscription-based newsletter published twice monthly by Strategic Directions International, Inc. (SDi), a management and marketing research firm dedicated to the analytical and life science instrument industry.
