The 500 RL On-Line TOC Analyzer can be configured or upgraded with a variety of hardware and software options at any time.

Standards Introduction Devices

If you need to run grab samples and calibration and system suitability standards, choose either the standard single-port iOS* (Integrated On-line Sampling System) or the automated four-port Super iOS.

Super  iOS-  The four-port Super iOS fully automates all validation protocols, including system suitability. Protocol standards come in an innovative vial set cartridge, which is easily inserted into the Super iOS. Pressing Start on the display menu initiates a protocol, with no further user action required. Each vial set cartridge includes an embedded memory chip that transfers data about the standards, including type, concentration, lot number, and expiration, to the Analyzer. This standards information is stored with the protocol results, creating a detailed protocol record.

USP Chapter <645> conductivity measurement, automated USP system suitability, and linearity functionality also may be added to any 500 RL base model Analyzer.

  

Sievers DataShare 500

This PC-based program allows you to export the 500 RL's excrypted data output via USB or serial port for viewing, sharing and creating reports. Data can not be modified, ensuring data security consistent with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
