Boron Analyzer One of MICRO's Top 25 Product All-Stars

GE Analytical Instruments' UPW Boron Analyzer was recognized by MICRO magazine as one of the Top 25 Products of the year 2002. Every year, after hearing from their readers who work in the fabs and related facilities, MICRO's editors choose the year's Product All-Stars from the magazine's Production Technology News sections. The 2002 selections reflect the range of offerings in the semiconductor and advanced microelectronics manufacturing supply chain.

Launched in December 2001, the UPW Boron Analyzer represents a significant and critical advancement in analytical capability. It is the only on-line instrument to enable continuous unattended monitoring of part-per-trillion levels of boron in deionized ultrapure water applications. This analyzer addresses the contamination control requirements of the latest generation fab, and is designed specifically to meet the needs of facility managers, DI water engineers, and fab process engineers.
