The Sievers Super iOS (Integrated On-Line Sampler) is an optional device for the Sievers 500 RL On-Line TOC Analyzer. Designed specifically for pharmaceutical applications, the Super iOS automates system suitability testing and other protocols for convenience and risk reduction.

The Sievers Super iOS uses vial set cartridges that are pre-loaded with Sievers Standards and configured for various protocols including calibration, accuracy/precision/verification, system suitability and linearity. Each vial set cartridge includes an embedded memory chip that transfers data about the standards - including type, concentration, lot number, and expiration - to the 500 RL TOC Analyzer. This standards information is stored with the protocol results, creating a detailed protocol record, and eliminating the need to manually document standards information.
