The Sievers 500 RLe is ideal for TOC analysis in semiconductor and display manufacturing waters ranging from 0.03 ppb to 2.5 ppm with conductivity up to 25 µS/cm.

The Sievers 500 RLe On-Line Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzer is the industry's only on-line, reagentless TOC analyzer that can accurately detect problematic compounds like urea, trimethylamine, organic acids, and bases.Because of its patented Membrane Conductometric technology, the 500 RLe delivers ultra low-level accuracy and reliability by eliminating false positive and negative readings associated with many other TOC technologies. The 500 RLe can be placed throughout the UPW process stem and in the polish loop.

The 500 RLe has a manual TOC offset adjustment, so any 500 RLe can be calibrated to a reference TOC analyzer.
