The Sievers 900 Turbo TOC Analyzers offer a quick response for reclaim applications.

The microelectronics industry has relied on Sievers TOC Analyzers for more than 15 years to continuously and accurately measure TOC, even in the presence of interfering compounds like urea and TMAH (tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide). The Sievers 900 On-Line and Portable Turbo models' membrane technology has been evaluated in two separate studies conducted by Sematech, a leading semiconductor research consortium, and recommended for the recycle role as a result of the documented analytical performance (Ultrapure Water, February and March 1999).

The 900 Series Turbo TOC Analyzers offer an ultra-fast response in acidic and basic reclaim streams. The 900 Turbo is the most widely used TOC analyzer for controlling the quality of the water to be reclaimed or recycled in semiconductor operations.

The CheckPoint Portable/On-Line TOC Sensor offers an ultra-fast response at the end of the reclaim purification system to identify and control organic upsets and spikes in the final product water.
