The battery-powered CheckPoint TOC Sensor is ideal for system diagnostics anywhere on site.
Semiconductor/Display System Diagnostics
Convenient for water system troubleshooting, the Sievers 900 Portable and 900 Portable Turbo TOC Analyzers and the CheckPoint Portable/On-Line TOC Sensor can easily be carried from one point to another to pinpoint potential problems. The 900 Portable and 900 Portable Turbo are ideal for diagnosing products in the non-deionized sections of the water system.
The CheckPoint Portable/On-Line TOC Sensor is ideal for rapid diagnosis of problems in the deionized areas. CheckPoint gives microelectronics and display manufacturers new problem solving and diagnostic capabilities. Not only does it provide continuous on-line TOC monitoring to detect critical ultrapure water (UPW) changes, but it also makes it possible to quickly check TOC samples from pressurized or non-pressurized sources. Because of CheckPoint's battery power option, it is ideal for diagnostics in locations where a power source is not available.
CheckPoint can also monitor distribution points and units or fab tools for potential contamination sources. As an added benefit, CheckPoint can be calibrated to a reference TOC instrument, allowing excellent short-term, low TOC level sensor-to-sensor matching.
