In 2009, GE Analytical Instruments' launched the first edition of its new quarterly Municipal Water Industry News. Each issue will feature stories from the field, factory and friends surrounding total organic carbon (TOC) monitoring and disinfection byproduct (DBP) reduction in municipal water plants.
